The Ionic Skin Perfector was developed with the idea of inclusiveness so that its brilliance is not limited to a particular skin colour or skin tone. Rather than bleach the flaws, this skin tool makes use of a light therapy to diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne spots and other flaws on the skin.
